PB-R290S+ battery is drop-ready up to 1.5 metres, with an innovative dual-structure housing that offers protection against water (IP54), rain, snow and other inclement weather, in addition to external anti-shock protection based on rubber covers.
Swit battery provides at least 250W / 20A of constant charge, even when working at 1% of its capacity (maximum charge up to 305W), allowing it to handle high power cinema cameras and camera accessories simultaneously.
The high charge batteries also ensure the durability of the battery life compared to normal charge batteries, especially when operating continuously at maximum power delivery. Offering 24A protection.
The PB-R290S+ battery supports 6A fast charging via the SWIT S-3812S charger, saving more than 50% of charging time. In addition, it can be charged to 80% in 3.4 hours, and full charged in 4.8 hours.
PB-R290S+ has 8 power indicator LEDs. When disconnected or charging, the LEDs will indicate the percentage of current capacity and when the battery is discharging, the LEDs will show the remaining operating time based on its current consumption, in 15 minute intervals. The battery provides an intelligent digital information chip that is compatible with the information system of SONY and RED cameras, displaying the remaining minutes in the camera's viewfinder.
